Search for removed patents

This search is intended to capture patents that have been removed from the register for a reason other than expiry of the patent. Any associated certificate of supplementary protection (CSP) will also be reflected in the search, regardless of the status of the CSP. Data for CSPs that were removed from the register are available upon request.

All dates must be on or before today's date. Data available for removed patents dates back to January 1, 2010.

Examples:

1. To search by removed date leave the "From" field empty and enter today's date in the "To" field.
   
   
2. To search for patents based on a removed date range, there must be date values entered in both the "From" and "To" fields, e.g. for patent's that were removed in 2010, enter 2010-01-01 in the "From" field and 2010-12-31 in the "To" field.
