Search by date added to register

All dates must be on or before today's date. Prior to November 2006, the date patent lists were added and the date they were amended were housed in one field. Therefore, the "date added" query may contain some erroneous results including the "date amended" instead of the "date added". To ensure accuracy, confirm the "date added" with the attached PDF version of the Form IV.

Examples:

1. To search all patents added to the register before a specific date, leave the "From" field empty and enter the date in the "To" field. e.g. for all patents added before 2008, enter 2007-12-31 in the "To" field.
   
   
2. To search for patents based on a date added range, there must be date values entered in both the "From" and "To" fields, e.g. for patents that were added in 2008, enter 2008-01-01 in the "From" field and 2008-12-31 in the "To" field.
